hi my contact got renewed awhile ago and my 3g stopped working i went to an o2 shop to get it sorted and it seems i had the wrong data but now its active and correct its still not working
i have reset the moblie data for the net and its still not working
can i have some help on how to get this working again?

Have you enabled Mobile/cellular data in settings?
Make sure you have the correct APN :
idata.co.uk for iphone data bolt on
mobile.o2.co.uk for standard data bolt on.
Clean your sim card and reboot the phone.
Check your postcode here for any local issues : http://status.o2.co.uk/
You could also try going into network settings >> reset network settings

nope still not working
it was working until they renewed my contact with o2
so it must be there end
edit: its now working for some reason
