Hi,
Remove your sim card and wipe it down to remove static build up.
Also check the networks servce status here to ensure their is no problems with the masts near you.
If all is ok then go into settings, general, reset, reset network settings.
Other avenues are to pick up a new sim card from 02 and ask them to move your tariff and number to it.
Have the iPhone checked out at your local Apple Genius bar.

This is happening to me, too. It started on Saturday morning and as of 11.30 Monday morning, still hasn't started working properly again. I can't access the web, use apps or send messages through iMessage, despite there being a 3G logo on the top left hand side of my phone!
I have removed the SIM, reset the phone - still nothing. The service is supposedly fine, but I am unable to use my phone away from wifi, making it an overly expensive paper weight whenever I am away from home.

Hi,
You may need a replacment sim card.
Phone 02 to make sure your account is ok.
You could hook upto iTunes and sync, make a back up and then restore the iOS.
Or book an appointment at an Apple Genius bar to have a diagnostic run on it.
