Hi all,
So I'll start by saying I dont have or use voice mail. I have turned it on checked for messages and don't have any, called myself, left a message, deleted it and then switched off voice mail but I am still getting this damn red dot or visual voice mail dot. It isnt there when I have signal but appears when I loose signal or in airplane mode. For someone with a small OCD problem this drives me insane!
Can anyone help me to get rid of this stupid dot? It makes my phone look like it has an STI!
Thanks

Red dot is expected behaviour when no signal.

Leave yourself a voicemail by calling from a landline or another mobile. Listen to it on the iPhone and delete the voicemail. Hopefully that should fix it.

Agreed. I would back up first and set it up as a new phone.
