I have just bought a “nearly new” iPhone XR, when charging the phone the screen goes completely bonkers and have since researched and found there is an issue with this phone.

I have no way of contacting O2 to return the phone for repair - you can’t call them, the live chat never works and there’s no contact form. I went to the Guru help section which then tells me to call or visit a store - but I can’t do either as the stores are closed and you can only speak to someone if your phone is lost or stolen!!!

What do I do now?

All stores have now reopened or you can call any of these numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Live chat may also pop up here if you hang around the page http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
