hi, I have a contract on O2 with the iPhone 5s, and it ends in March, is there a way to get the 6s when it comes out without a load of cost?

Not unless you pay off your contract in full..or device if on Refresh

Edited to add...you will get an option for an early upgrade...but that wont be till February..

I upgraded a contract a few weeks ago and they waived my early upgrade fee.
Phone through to retentions on 202 and see what deal you can negotiate.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yeah but that's probably because you are a 'special case' @MI5. LOL

I they will probably only do that if you have been a good customer for years.with no late payments...

Every customer has their own little "pot" that can be drawn from, I'm sure of it wink
