iPhone 6 delivery date confusion

I pre-orders I phone 6 in shop and was told I should have it on 19th but all paperwork refers to 7/10/14? Which is correct or most likely

Other threads about this but to be honest only customer service can answer that for you. I would be inclined to go with the date on the paperwork as that is the estimated date now.

Deliveries will start on the 19th subject to availability. Due to demand, most places 1st allocations sold out and many now quote 7/10 as expected eta for them as this is when stock is expected.

Hi Confuseduser and Welcome to the Forum,

Unfortunately due to past experience with iPhone launches their are going to be people who have delayed despatches due to stock levels.

Hopefully you'll get your e mail from O2 Confirming despatch along with its tracking info and you get your iPhone as expected.

Considering what I have heard, take the latest date as the probable date.

I've got a 6-7 week wait apparently. But do not think I will wait that long just for a phone.

O2 clearly stated on their IPhone order page  that delivery would be 2-3 weeks after 19th September ...

It could all be structured so much better by having a pre-order thread, a post order thread and a delivery thread.
Those 3 main threads would cover 95% of the questions been asked, surely....?
