Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

They didn't mention any other models as out of stock.
If I had been told at the time it would be up to 7 weeks until delivery then I wouldn't have been so annoyed. It was more the fact that I wasn't advised of the delay and money was taken from account.
Like you I would just like to know when to expect it and not be told it could be anywhere between 2-7 weeks which doesn't help!

I think you're right. It appears they underestimated the demand for the IP6+ 128gb's.
O2 are very disappointing altogether and after more than 10 yrs with them I'm seriously considering a move to another provider.
One of the annoying things is that I received an e-mail yesterday and another one today advising me of the follows:
Your order is being processed and will be despatched shortly.
We'll email or send you an SMS to confirm when your order has been
despatched so that you'll know when to expect your delivery. You will
need to sign for the delivery, but don't worry if you're not in, the
courier will leave you details to rearrange delivery.
If my IP6+ is out of stock why have they sent this e-mail twice!!
They have advised it will 3-5 days to track down the recording of the order and get back to me!!!
I really hope you have better luck.

My O2 also says unable to display, although i have received a text with my UKMAIL order number and on checking the website have found it to say delivery for tomorrow.. fingers crossed for you.

It is perfectly fine to have Unable to display, all it means is that O2's systems have not yet been updated with all the info. Mine is in Birmingham and still it shows Unable....everybody relax.
They are comming

As stated just go in tomorrow and I am sure you will be fine to collect.

@Huntress are you sure you arent me? Its the exact same story for me. I got the same email at 3:03 on the 12th and then the same email again on the 16th at 21:15.
Why send the same email twice. I understand by ordering at that time of day that I may not have been lucky to get it on the day itself but to be sat refreshing a screen and not knowing if its going to be 2 weeks or 7 weeks is really bad. If I knew I was in the queue and was going to get it in 3 weeks then I would be ok but its the not knowing and then getting different stories everytime I am on to a chat guru.
It looks like we chose the phone with the most limited stock, I only went for the 128gb as I thought it would be least popular, if I had known I would have gone 64gb without a doubt.
I must admit to being so annoyed at the o2 performance and will think of leaving them to another provider when I am next due an upgrade. It is never handled very well, would have thought they would have had enough practice of it to get it right.
