Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Finally placed my order, seven hours later! Have yet to receive an email/text or anything to suggest it's actually gone through... how long did confirmation take to come through for you all?

 

Not that I really remember doing this in the past, but it didn't feel like I was "upgrading" when making the purchase...it's being delievered to a store though, so I can double-check everything with them when I pick it up!

i did it A LOT

it did finally take me to the 3d secure screen - until you get that I think you're fine... (don't quote me on that) but I rang customer services to confirm they've taken payment only once. PHEW.

I have refreshed the 3D secure screen about 5 times now...still nothing. My initial attempt was 20 minutes or 30 minutes ago, no email or text to say it's gone through.

Confirmation e-mail & text came through straight away. A confirmation page should appear after you've placed the order too.
