Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

If just a thousand of us threaten to cancel, that is potentially £1,000,000 in turnover O2 are in danger of losing in handset sales and contracts.
People power. It's the way forward folks...

Just had another discussion with online chat who now inform me I have another 4-6 weeks to wait for a phone that was due this Friday.
Surely it's fraudulent to take payment and complete contracts for phones they don't have, nor any idea when they will have them?

.....and right now there's a thousand people on the Vodafone site threatening the same. I'm not saying it isn't a **bleep** up which has pxxxxed everyone off but a thousand users jumping ship is trivial for an operation of this size, especially as they will get replaced just as quickly

A call to customer services now claims that the phone will be despatched by this Friday. I give up...

I've sent a complaint to o2 via email (fat load of good that will do I'm sure) and tomorrow I'm writing a letter to the ombusmun address shown on the o2 website. Again fat lot of good it will do, but I want my dissatisfaction to be registered.
o2 have lied to us all. They said up to 14 days when most of us ordered and now 3-6 weeks later they still cant tell us when? It's not acceptable.

CS today told me that the problem is apple, apparently O2 want and try to get as many iphones as they can but its apple thats causing the issues for phone providers in meeting customer delivery schedules.
