Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Ordered 6+ SG on 22/09.  Just had this on chat...

"I see that the order was earlier out of stock due to which the order was out of stock but the good news is that we have the order is stock now and its getting processed first come first serve."

They said to check for email confirmation as you woudl expect them to say.  Fingers crossed.

I got the same info on lc they said they resent my order and I should get a email soon

I did the same, they sent the e-mail again, phoned to confirm again and order is still out of stock!! Ahhhhhhh........

I've been told by someone on LC and they assured me (I asked them to confirm and have screen grabs of them saying so) that my order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. I've told them I will hold them to it. They also confirmed that they have stock. Which again I asked them to confirm. So therefore if the phone isn't in stock and isn't dispatched within 1 - 3 working days we have proof that O2 lie to their customers.

I suppose they may have stock but depends where in the queue you are and whether you get allocated one, looks like I am unluckly in the instance!!

Probably get about 10 phones in a week...sounds good saying "we have a delivery"...but of how many and how many are in the queue!

that is the true confirmation of if an apple delivery to o2 has been made or not.
