Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

That's was put across eliquantly, yes I totally understand what you are saying.

I think we sometimes forget to look at the bigger picture, but I do think O2 should sort out its customer service, training and just giving out some information, would have eleviated a lot of the frustration shown on here.

Ordered 12th iphone 6+ 64gb slate grey, in progress apparantly since then.

Very strange yet totally expected from live chat, same phone ordered on the 15th and I was told yesterday that it was currently OOS but I'd definitely get it this week... they don't have a clue in all actuality, I just wish they didn't lie about it.

Not gonna bother contacting them or CS again until friday, personally as that will pretty much be 3 weeks from my order date.

LC now saying another 2-3 weeks for iPhone 6 space grey 64gb. I have been put on the priority list which as we knows means nothing!

Well after calling cs and protesting that I want to cancel the order for the second time only to be told it's impossible to cancel....... I get a ukmail text.

Seems that too many of us have done this to be a coincidence.

No response yet? I suggest you call to cancel and await the dispatch. I feel that priority order is as follows

1. Lucky 10 on preorder day
2. Those that order the day before
3. Those that want to cancel/leave
4. Everyone else.


Still think customer service is embarrassing.

The 1st guy said it had gone through but only when I tried to upgrade in the cpw shop they said I wasn't eligible. Spoke to cs again and the 2nd person said that the guy wrote a note that the cancellation was put through. She said that it was impossible for the guy to do this though as it was in progress for dispatch and the system would have not given him that option. So basically he lied to me.
