Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Well I got told 2 wks when I ordered it then it was 2 wks when I spoke t m on 23rd so gunna pray n ask God which one he ordered n if ad any news

I too ordered the 6 but only 16gb on the 13th and have not heard a thing, been told I will have it no later than the 7th Oct.!!

Another day of waiting with no news again. 6 PLUS 128G, space grey. Doesnt look like anyone is getting those but an update of some description would be nice.

Ordered on the 12th at 3pm.

@Anonymous we'll get there by the time the 6+s comes out

 I've been told, it will be 2-5 days, 14 days and 5 weeks.  All in the space of 1 day, in that order...

 Think it might be due to me on LC every day trying to get an answer...

Getting sick of seeing:

'We're sorting out your upgrade order. As soon as we're done, we'll update your tariff details and let you know when you can upgrade next.'

 

And I havent even got the phone yet, why is it that the O2 site shows 14 days for a new phone and I've been quoted 5 weeks???

@AnonymousI have given up speaking to chat now. I have been told everything and nothing at all. The website says 14 days and thats a new order. I am amazed they havent sent an email out updated people of the situation. Reading this thread there is an awful lot of annoyed customers around and they could sove it very quickly and easily in my opinion.

 

I dont mind waiting if I know when its coming, the lack of information is shocking.

I just got one of the live chat guys to put me through to their supervisor and he confirmed my phone will not be in stock for another 4 weeks.

Omg @Anonymous u r kidding me? I'm gonna attempt to phone cs if this is the case I'm gonna cancel I've had enough of all the different story's we are being told when Sarah on here who ordered on the 22nd the same phone as us @Anonymous and she's getting it today for u to be told 4 bloody weeks? When we ordered on pre order day? This is stupid now. 😩
