Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

I've ordered my iPhone 6 128gb on 19th. Mind you, it's 6 and not 6+. It was saying "up to 2-3 weeks" when I ordered it but now it is saying "up to 5 days" and was saying from the following day after I placed my order. Now it's 5 days and no sign. I do understand it's silly to expect it so soon but as far as I found out iPhone 6 128gb is bot The Most Popular so you'd expect to get it soon but nope! Contacted CS and they said they have no idea when it will happen. Not even telling about incoming stock or anything. Was just "nope, no idea" which was not helpful at all. Anyone else ordered on or after 19th and got it?

Rang o2, they've told me they're getting stock daily and as I ordered on the 14th I should be getting within the next few days. Fingers crossed.....

Has anyone actually cancelled an order from when they placed it on the 12th?  I'm interested to see what their reaction is. I can have a good guess, of course.....

I threatened to on chat before and within 2 second he said "I can do that for you now". Not the response I was expecting haha.

Now this is really interesting. I was talking to Live Chat guy Husain who assured me that he was "personally" checking things with Ordering Team. And he said "you will get your phone within two days". I dropped something like "yeah, hopefully that won't be two weeks" and he said "no, as I've said I've just checked it personally about your order and we're getting it ready because we have received a massive phone delivery today". Read it? MASSIVE PHONE DELIVERY! He also told me that it would be better (now this is fun) for me if I would receive it after 8 days of my order because then I will get refund or something for my airtime bill! That is not something you'd expect to hear from CS guy! Fingers crossed

@mattylad83, I wouldn't be surprised but I've spoken to them yesterday (pesky sod) and day some time before and all I got from them was "we have no idea when you're going to get it. probably within 2-3 weeks", and now this one is like "yeah, two days". We'll see. Besides, someone was actually saying that delivery was supposed to arrive today

Maybe they like the fact that the more cancel, then the easier it is to process the back log. Customer service and retention at its finest.
