Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Has the website actually been up ? Everytime i get through to the upgrade option when i phone i get advised their too busy and get cut off, i may actually have to work soon

...keep calling 202 from your mobile - it will then be a free call (if you're an existing O2 customer that is!!).

I was trying from 8:20 and got through around 9am!!

So Vodafone had their act together and have stayed online I think, carphonewarehouse too.

So just O2 and EE appear to be the numpties on lauch day

Three have advised they are taking pre orders this afternoon so suggest they, along with giffgaff are tier 2 sellers (i.e. they can sell so many hours after the big boys started at 08:01)

Just people dont want to go with Vodafone lol.  No Vodafone was down early this morning too

Guys & Girls,

For those of you that haven't seen them yet and are going by CPW prices, the screen shot I have is from 02, no one had posted it yet so thought I'd be semi helpful.

I done my upgrade through chat and am in the same boat as a few, I have my unique link to finalise my order once the website is back up. Capture.JPG

Why are the iPhone costs £90 more than apple?

Example I was quoted £789 from O2 for a 64GB iPhone PLus where Apple is £699.

Not going ahead with that!

Its on O2 Refresh - 0% interest. Seems a con and misleading

Just FYI -

I ended up going to do my pre-order in store in Cirencester, the O2 deal is NOT as good as Carphone Warehouse!

For my due upgrade the cost and tariff to get a 64gB iPhone 6 in Slate grey is £200 up front and £38 per month for unlimited minutes and texts with 2gB data. For the same tariff through Carphone Warehouse online the upfront cost is only £160. Great work O2.
