Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Walked into the store im working near, could have ordered not a problem, but i cant guarentee ill be in that area next week and i cant order it to my local store. The only other website i cant get on is EE, You wld think after all the Iphone releases they would be prepared, oh well
