Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Haha, at least we've gotten this far. I tried to ask online chat if it's reserved and got an answer similar to "Consider an iPhone 6 yours" so I still have no idea what that means.

The order is not complete until you finish on that link accepting things.

The link worked first time, then failed downloading the files or opening them, now I cannot get back into the link at all.... worries me, after 1hr 15 on hold, then 30 mins with the agent sorting things and I still haven't got it sorted. Worried stock will go by time I get that link working!

The agent said it's not locked to you until I follow link, type in texted code and accept legal things etc...
