Solved: iPhone 5c activating sim - Page 2

My 5c arrived today with a nano sim but when I put it in it just sais no sim so I can't activate my phone,

Yep - we said at the time it wouldn't be the only one....

Well I reported it to CS at the time and they've done nothing so far, it seems....?
