Just out of interest incase this is transmitter/mast related...
At the weekend, when you're not at work, does your battery last any longer? (assuming you don't live THAT close to your work lol)

You could try watching these two video guides I wrote on battery saving tips and see if that helps you any.

Thanks for all the advice. I'll certainly have a look at all of your tips and see how I get on during my shift tomorrow. If there's no improvement after I've made some changes, I'll get in touch with Apple.

My battery doesn't really last much longer even when I'm away from work. But then again, work isn't that far from my house so that's probably why it makes little difference. If I seem to have used a lot of my battery on some days, I tend to check my data usage and that will usually be high too. However, over the past couple of weeks, my battery is deteriorating and I'm not using a great deal of data.
Just out of interest, if Apple decide to replace the phone because it's faulty, how long would this process take/How long will I be without my phone? I only ask because I travel quite a bit and I usually need a decent phone with internet access with me. Cheers!

I purchased the phone 14 months ago so I'm guessing the warranty has ran out?
