Hi, 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max how do I know if i will recieve it on the day of launch?

The order doesnt show in the orders section of myo2

I wonder if they despatch DPD orders first... and then DHL/UKMail. Any I have ordered from O2 have all been DHL deliveries as they guarantee next day where DPD are never next day to NI.

I called them as my order didn’t show. He said it won’t do as it’s not released yet onto their system and once the IMEI number of the device you’ll get is assigned to you that’s when it will update on MyO2 and you’ll get the email alerts from the courier to say when it’s coming.

He said that will be when they get through the list so I guess it’s a waiting game and hope for the best for delivery tomorrow.
