My brand new iPhone 11’s screen is locked I can’t open it and I can’t switch it off. I haven’t managed to obtain an answer as to how to fix the issue.

Swipe up from bottom right.

To switch off you hold power and volume down until the swipe appears.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
