I have an ipad Mini 4 with a PAYG data SIM. I have been trying unsuccessfully to upgrade my monthly top up plan from 2 Gb to 3 Gb. I was today sent a new sim with a new number. It was preloaded with 3Gb by Customer Services as a goodwill gesture, as I have spent weeks trying to sort this. The new SIM is not recognised and will not register. If I go to Settings/General/About, the new Mobile Data number is there, but when I try to ugrade my plan in Manage Mobile Data, it is showing the old SIM number. I have tried logging out and in and reset Network Settings to no avail and have spent 45 minutes on the phone to CS without solving this. Is it a SIM fault?
