Since upgrading to iOS7 my iPhone 5's voicemail system has ceased to function. The O2 Gurus were no help whatsoever and the customer service line is 'busy'. Anyone else had the same problem?

I'm having exactly the same problem. Guru's were useless, spoke to customer services on live chat - equally as useless! Still got no further, time to make a phone call I guess! Please let me know if you manage to resolve the issue. Cheers

I'd be interested to hear if anyone has been able to get the Voicemail issue fixed - having the same issue here on my 5s.

I also had problems with Visual Voicemail - the fix seems to be the same as the fix for iMessage and Facetime activation problems - delete your TuGo account from the app or get O2 to do it if your account (like mine) has been suspended - as soon as TuGo was removed from my list of bolt-ons by O2 Voicemail, iMessage and Facetime were all suddenly working again - there are other threads on this, but TuGo is definately the culprit - for me and many others.
