I need to unblock an old phone to re use it again, and ive taken into Apple and they say
i need confirmation that it was mine originally.

The phone no in question is [number removed] which is my daughters current mobile no, but
she now has a new phone and i need her old one to be enabled.

It was a contract phone from approx 2 and a half years ago and my daughter cant remember what her password on her hotmail account was at the time.
So the only way i can reset it is with your authorisation and then i need to go to Apple to have it cleared.

The reason why my numbers are on there is beacuase o2 make it impossible for customers to contact you
over the phone.

have you called apple customer services? this happned to me i called them and they took me through a step by step guide over the phone whilst my said handset was connected to i-Tunes....
