Add device to my account

I am attempting to add a device (my sons I Phone to my plan as its registered in my name) each time I try I get the code throguh to my mobile phone and it tells me this number is not registered to my account, but its my mobile number so I can't understand?

You need to call customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus as it sounds like a glitch in the system.
