Paid 255 pounds upfront deposit for my phone on 5th August, still havent got the payment back. Any ideas, can't call etc etc because of lockdown ?

If you have paid 3 bills on time then it SHOULD appear on the 4th as a credit @charl2001.
Once it does you can then call to request it be refunded to you.
If it does NOT appear on your 4th bill then you need to call customer services to find out why.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Yep, won't be until your December bill at the earliest but you still need to call to request it.

@gmarkj yeah Iv'e paid ontime every month, ahh so your saying as long as I have paid on time for 3 months ie end of September, October and November I should get the credit (255 pounds i paid on 5th August upfront) at the end of December?
