are they saved on your sim? if so, just import them from the settings menu

If you are moving from a previous iPhone then when you start setting up your new iPhone part of the set up is to use a previous iCloud back up.
Use that.
If your moving from android then if you use gmail then out that email address into your mail set up and download from gmail.
Use that.
