carrier update and now iphone not working

Hi

 

I have an Iphone six and the phone just prompted myself, my wife and my daughter to update our carrier settings.

 

I did, as did my daughter and we noe both have "no service" instead of a signal.  My wife said "Not Now" and she has full 3G signal.

 

Me and my daughter are on version 19.1  My wife 19.0.

 

Can anyone help?

No, it's phone number related.

a lot of people are not happy and to top it off cant contact anyone at o2 cause of bankholiday

Hi all

Update from me. I have been on live chat for 30 mins for both my phone then my daughters.

Im pay momnthly and my chat person said the carrier version update had deactivated my international usage. He said he would reactivate it and it would work within 24 hours.

but he couldnt fix my daughters as she was pay as you go. so he passed me to another chat person. She said that my daughters issue was the network status problem!!

not great that the solutions don't match

Update.  Phone signal back on my phone but not my daughters.  No 3G signal on mine though!!!
