Most major towns and cities have a CEX and they give their own limited warranty on purchases. Bought a Wii there 2 years ago for the grandkids and it's still going strong.

In my case with phones it's their own 12 months warranty.

If I may weigh in......I ALWAYS use a case with iPhones. slight_smile

I'm a chronic 'dropper' but also, there are a huge range of trendy cases out there that I think compliment the iPhone greatly

I used to use the device naked as I prefer the look and feel of it without a case. That changed when my iPhone 5 fell out of a leisure centre locker and smashed. Insurance paid for an out of warranty swap with apple but since then I've used a case

I always use a flip case on all my phones as handling heavy equipment on sack barrows means the phone is often between me and the equipment and it has been known to fall when working up ladders. Currently my 4S is in a battery flip case picked up on sale at expensys for £10.

iPhone 14 Pro (O2 ), S23U (EE), iPad Pro LTE (EE), .

I've only just adopted using my phone without a case...!!!

I've had tons of cases - Spigen, Speck, Switcheasy, Element Case, the list is endless, but I figured that seeing thay my 2 year contract, naturally comes to its end this September (conveniently in time for the iPhone 6!), I may as well just use my phone 'naked'.....!

I pretty much used my iPhone 4 'naked' in the last year of its contract and can honestly say, I did not drop it even once...!!

I have bought a Snugg pouch for my iPhone 5 (nice and slim form fiiting pouch) so you get the best of both worlds - using the phone 'naked' + its in a case when you are not using it.
