What does this mean for my iphone 6 order??

Just logged into my 02 Whats this mean???

It is pretty poor considering you will require someone to be there for delivery, I need to actually know which day it's going to be or I'll have to drive for an hour there & and hour back to pick it up from the couriers! I ordered a 64Gb iPhone 6 through their godawful online system which took around 8 hours to complete trying from 8:01am on the 12th & have no idea if it was in stock or not as it didn't say.

I've just spoken to yet another person on chat. I asked why myo2 says in progress but somebody else who ordered on Sunday, possibly 48 hours after me, had a despatch number and could track. She argued it wasn't iphone6 but then after assuring her it was said it was an error, and that in time it would go back to in progress as it was impossible as O2 don't have the handsets yet. She assured me that orders placed on the 12 September would be delivered before orders after that dat, ie 14 September. 12 September should be the first batch that's delivered.
Tbh, I don't think they've a scooby doo what's going on. They're all saying different things, and end up coming up with a pretty non specific answer

Ive just been on the o2 chat and have been assured i got the phone before their pre order stock ran out.

I didnt get it all confirmed until 2:30pm. Anyone order after this have the tracking chance in their o2

Well here's the screens of when i pre orded my iphone the silver was showing 2-3 weeks and the gold was showing from September 19th :

Just been on O2 chat, I pre ordered by prior to 1430hrs, just kept being told that they will start delivery from the 19th

Frustrating yes....but you are going to have to be patient I am afraid. I am sure O2 Cs and live chat are in meltdown at the moment...:smileysad:

No idea when I am getting mine, ordered it on the Morning of the 12th, I was panicking however as my O2 recylce offer ends on the 24th and my 5s is funding my 6!

Luckily I called O2 recycle this morning and they extended my offer until the 1st October so the pressure is now off and can sit back and enjoy the show/circus
