I ordered mine on 12/9, myo2 says "in progress", live chat says it'll be delivered after 19th, and that it's at fulfilment stage now, whatever that mean!?!

Yeah....Amazon have a Fulfillment Centre....means the order is being packed....

2 separate chats came up with the "fulfilment" phrase. When I said somebody ordered 2 days after me and they had a tracking number I was told as I ordered on the 12th I'd be in the first batch of delivery. Let's hope they've got enough handsets, seeing as I've seen 4 million were ordered in total, I know not just from O2, but that's a lot of orders. Lol

I've just received an email. It's the same one that I got after ordering. The one that says it's being processed and they'll email or text me to say been despatched. The third chat person has said item is out of stock, but as I pointed out that's cos it's not launched yet. Lol. She is pretty useless tbh. Lol
