How can I disable the Voicemail touch-button on my iPhone 4S? I don't wany or need Voicemail but I keep touching the button accidentally, which then costs me an unwanted 20p every time. Can I maybe change the called number from 901 to, well, something else?  Any ideas please.

You should be able to delete the number from the call settings menu.
