Voicemail vanished

I’ve just changed tariffs and my voicemail has vanished... how do I get it back ??

Everything resets when you change tariff. You won't get your voicemail back unless you had it backed up.

Oh I called last time this happened and they did something and it came back, I’ve tried calling but due to the situation at the moment there was no answer

Do ou mean your visual voicemail or actual voicemail messages?

If visual voicemail, you need the iData bolt on which may be missing from your account.

If it doesn't update overnight, give customer service a call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
