Mine doesnt work at all. I've asked the o2 people, and they cant help me so I thought I'd turn to you guys, I try to set it up but it just says that it isnt available at this moment in time. I dont know what to do. Any and all help is greatly appreciated

What steps have you tried? are you pay monthly on an iphone tariff or payg?

Troubles with Visual Voice mail not saving passcode try (source the forums)
Call 1760 to de-activate your voicemail
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (No need to reset all settings).
This will Then re-start the phone.
Text "STATE" to 9011 (I don't know why or what this does?)
Call 1750 to re-activate your voicemail
