My visual voicemail is gone. I can only call voicemail, which I don't want at all. I want my old settings back!
I recently changed my tariff, but I can't say for certain that it is gone because of that or since iOS upgrade.
I called CS and was given the number 1750 to call, which only activates voicemail, not the visual voicemail.
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? I really don't want to deal with "press this key for option 1, 2, 3". This sucks!

This seems to happen every tariff change or upgrade. Why does the system automatically default to the wrong data bolt on. How many times do we need to report this and why is it taking so long to sort out. So many questions. ....

They really do need to sort out the basic ongoing problems before leaping into new 'innovations'....

Mine is the same as well when I swapped a new SIM card on iPhone 6 two weeks ago.
Can't do anything on the user side but to get help from 202. The first person asked to dial 1750 to activate voicemail but no joy to get the Visual. The second person helped to go through more intesive and found that the 'Visual Voicemail' was not activated when swapped.
I have to wait anothe 15 minutes to see if it works!
