I am having difficulty logging into Virgin media wifi as an o2 customer at London underground stations.
I have followed the instructions that state you should select Virgin media in the wifi settings, then go to the Safari browser and log in as an o2 customer via the Virgin media portal page.
Unfortunately I cannot get the Virgin media portal page to display.
My device is registered on o2 wifi and I have previously used the Virgin media wifi as an o2 customer on the London Underground but on a previous handset.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem or know the ip address for the Virgin media portal page so that I can manually enter it in my Safari browser?
