Off on my holidays tomorrow, how do I set up my iphone4s so I do not return to a huge bill?

Simple answer...switch off and keep it off tille you come back to the UK.

 

Slightly less simple answer...Don't send texts from it. Dont make or recieve calls on it while you are away. Turn off Data settings, turn off Data Roaming and only ever use Wi-Fi.

 

After this, things get a bit more complicated, but as already mentioned, if you do a search on here the same question has been asked loads of times before and been answered! slight_smile

Use search - There are many similar threads but costs will vary depending on where you are going.
Dial 1760 to turn off voicemail.
Turn off data & use wifi.
