Updating number on eSim.

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all. I have an iPhone XS and am using O2 on the eSim feature. When I joined O2 I transferred my number from a different provider. I have noticed in the settings that no number is registered against the eSim yet my number shows on the physical sim. The SIM works fine but I want the number to show against it. I have tried the editing and restarting my phone but it does nothing. Anybody have any ideas what to do?

Thanks

Matt

O2 don't push numbers to any sim cards.

If you can't do it in Settings >Phone >My Numbers it won't be possible.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
