How do I unlock IPhone on O2.?

Have found many links but all of them return me to main page of O2 web site.

@Foxhole O2 is having a problem with unlocking which has been going on for months. Really unacceptable. I will tag admin for them to contact you. @Marjo @Martin-O2

Do you mean creating problems with unlocking?

Should be simple process.

@Foxhole Yes it should be a simple process, but for the last few months it hasn't been. I'd put it down to gross incompetence.

It is a simple process. However, since O2 started selling all their phones unlocked last month, the problems started at that time @Foxhole

Yes , cannot provide info required to unlock as previous owner of account is deceased.sim is no longer active or working.
