UNable to be heard when using TuGo

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

Any help will be appreciated. I have an iPhone 4 with IOS 7.1 installed and just prior to getting this installed TuGo as I have no signal at home. When I call someone using TuGo I cannot be heard but when using the standard mobile signal (away from home) I can make calls normally. The Mute button is NOT selected on TuGo.

Thanks

Have you checked in settings that you haven't inadvertently disabled access to the microphone for the app? I think iOS7 has a microphone access setting page similar to the location services and contact access now.
