I'm having terrible trouble using the MY 02 app , I'm am unable to track my order !

Hi I'd appreciate some help please guys with an ongoing problem with using the MY 02 app .. I managed to download the official app and did manage to login in but that's as far I can get ! I'm in unable to track my order or use any of the other account actions ! Keeps saying error 500 ?! I have already tried uninstalling the app and then re installation but problem is still there ! Any ideas where I'm going wrong ?? Thanks all in advance X

That will be the problem @Rachelrocket101 

You can't use My O2 or the app until you are a customer of O2.

If you want to check your order status then give O2 a call on 0344 809 0202

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Forgot to mention that I'm currently using an OPPU A53 android phone and it's on a different network until .y new parcel arrives Monday - could that be the issue ?? Thank you all x

Thanks so much for responding to my message , I was given a tracking number to use both on the my 02 app and directly with the delivery company but the number is not recognised X
