Hi all,

My internet speed is fast but YouTube videos are being throttled on my phone. I can barely even watch a video in 144p at this rate.

How do I turn this off?

Are you talking about on WiFi or mobile data?

Change your data APN username to bypass to avoid compression on mobile data

The IOS app throttles and this is baked into the app, so no point changing the APN to avoid compression wont work, because the App knows you are on a Mobile Connection.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Yes you would think so. However I have spent a great deal of time asking for posts to be moved from O2 Home and Off Topic into the relevant sections so I don't take anything for granted actually..
