Hello, I have an iPad that is on a 4g Tarrif. It has now expired the 24 month contract, the device bill is paid. I want to pass it on to my mother and buy a new iPad Pro.
I have never used any of my monthly data or texts and she certainly won't, my question is how can I cancel this monthly tarrif fee so it is just a wifi iPad please?

Just call customer service and give 30 days notice to end the airtime.
