Still with02 got a new number

I have O2 refresh and I have come to the end of the 2 year plan. I have now got another phone from the carphone warehouse but on a different number because they offered a cheaper tariff. I can't get through the O2 to updated the new number on my O2 and can't cancel the old O2 refresh sim , I can't link it to my account with other phones on it either

As you have a new phone and number with CPW you need to give O2 notice that you wish to terminate your old contract  http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You need to call and cancel the existing contract and ask them to migrate the old number  to the new contract if you want to retain it.

You have to contact O2 CS to let them know what you want to do otherwise you will be paying for 2 contracts.
