iPhones purchased from CPW will sim lock to the first sim inserted.
Unless you have had it unlocked it will be locked to Voda.

But now like this simcard show no signal and then I'm not sure it is unlock.

so much guess and I need to wait ,maybe I need to go to shop to check tomorrw.

iPhones from Carphone Warehouse lock to the first SIM inserted so it will be locked to Vodafone.

You only need to contact Voda. CPW cannot unlock phones.

Yeah, the story is a long travel.

I first go to carphone warehouse and ask staff for Iphone 5 is locked, the staff tell me carphone warehouse no locked phone and suggest I ask Vodafone.

and then I go to Vodofone tell staff this things, the taff tell me vodafone no lock the phone if you buy at carphone warehouse.

and then I go to O2 shop and ask staff to check iphone 5 condition,.The staff very friendly to help me ,and check nano simcard is ok and Iphone5 is locked by vodafone.

and then I go to vodafone and tell the staff result, The guy tell me call 191 to unlock it.

and then I connect vodafone 191 services, but tell me the phone unlock service now stop need I email vodafone wait 48 hours to check and unlock it.

I wait 2 days vodafone no unlock it,and then I connect vodafone 191 services and the staff tell me no locked record in vodafone system, the reason is carphone warehouse no undate my detail to send vodafone, and vodafone need renew my Iphone 5 detail and need wait 10 days to unlocked it .

finally, I don't know what happen.Vodofone no my Iphone5 detail and can locked it,so magic. It is a long 10 day to wait.Vodafone is so crazy.

I'm not happy to vodafone answer. who's give vodafone power and according with wishes to locked customers's phone and no any record in vodafone system.IT will spend customers much time to find reason.I think this is a hidden Unfair Competition.IF customers can't find what happen the phone is locked and have to continue use vodafone network and endure not good services.

I think it's been mentioned already, but ONLY Voda can unlock it - You will have to keep trying them.....

Presuming this is a P&G phone so I wish you luck I was under the impression that it had to be bought from Vodafone for them to unlock it but maybe they have changed the rules now.

This issue seems to crop up with O2 phones bought from CPW too so maybe there needs to be something done to sort out a route for customers to unlock from networks the phones that originally came from the independents.......
