Solved: Silenced call

Hi

Today I had a private medical call with a withheld number ( for confidentiality)

this didn’t ring or let me answer it, it just showed a missed silenced call!

I managed to get the call by phoning them but it happened twice & I have another call next week, is there something I or my provider (O2) can do so my phone will accept a withheld private call?
