Hi, I made an order for an Apple Watch device only and paid the deposit, shortly after received three emails with contract etc and a it’s now all go on our end, after hearing nothing after 24hrs I called customer service and was told I was accepted by o2 but was referred to the credit team. It has been over 48 hours and still no update. Does anyone know roughly how long this takes or have had the same problem, Thanks

Thank you for the replies, I called customer services today and the order was put through for online credit checks. All is now sorted and my item should be here tomorrow.
