Signal Strength

Anonymous
Not applicable

Have just moved house and signal on iPhone 6 is either 1 bar or no service in house and alternates to max 2 bars in garden. Is there any way I can boost the signal, alternative is I find a service provider with better local reception as I work from home 2-3 days a week.

Area is Stilton near peterborough

Wifi calling or tugo are options for you.

https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/tu-go

Wifi calling is not officially supported on the 6 but I have it working fine on one, so worth trying.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

O2 provides booster  boxes for business customers but other than that contract customers can use TU over wifi.
