So I'm trying to follow the O2 instructions for setting up the SMTP settings on my Iphone 6s so that I can send email from a different email account I have subscribed to. But I'm coming up with problems and hope you can help!
I enter in all the details as it states
smtp.o2.co.uk
No to SSL, Server port 25 etc etc etc
It verifys but won't send mail again - just sends it to the outbox
So I go in again and try to enter my username and password as the O2 instructions tell me to
But my username is an email
So I am typing xxxxx@gmail.com@o2.co.uk and my password (which I know is correct as I logged in online using the password and username at the same time.
Obviously the user name doesnt look right having 2 x @ in it? Anyways when I complete this it tells me my username and password are incorrect
I'm getting really stuck - can anyone help
Thanks

When you add a new account choose Google, enter your email address and password and the rest is done automatically.
