A PUK code is used if you have entered a SIM PIN incorrectly too many times to unlock the sim again

You need to unlock your phone. You can find info on how to do this at https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/unlocking-an-o2-mobile-to-use-on-a-different-netwo...

As the PAC given only lasts for 30 days, you may need to ask for it again (depending on how quickly you get your phone unlocked)

@mortez23

Can you be more specific with your issue please?

What message is on your screen when you try and enter the code you have?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
