Registering for o2 Priority on my iPad Mini 4

Anonymous

Hi

I've taken out a contract on an iPad 4 and want to have use of the o2 Priority app.

But when I enter the phone number supplied by o2, no message comes through to the iPad

Can anyone help?

I have heard this works if you have an O2 phone?

You can put your O2 phone number in and receive the text to your phone, then enter it into the app on iPad.?

It may take a couple of days before the number is registered on the system. Try again in a couple of days,  if you don't get the code then,  call customer service.

I didn't think iPads can receive an sms?
In the past you have needed to do it on a phone as Cleoriff says?

Put your sim in any phone to get the text code.
This, like Tugo, really needs alternative ways of verification.
